We accept returns or exchanges for eligible products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or have genuine size issues, subject to our policy and stock availability. All requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. A ₹250 courier pickup charge applies to every approved return or exchange. Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging. An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for damage, defect, missing, or incorrect-product claims. Approved returns are not refunded in cash; instead, a Credit Note equal to the approved product value is issued, valid for 6 months.
